A wheelchair makes fun of a table missing a leg. A butterfly and a tree are trapped in a spider’s web. Human bodies rush to regroup and form lines.
Realism and poetry, music, acrobatics and dance, are all present in the performance L, which is a quest for Love with a capital “L” behind the Labels of everyday life.
The Un-Label team is a company of 27 international mixed-abled artists who draw inspiration from differentiality and are intent on expanding artistic boundaries.
The performance is supported by audio description and surtitles for visually impaired and hearing impaired audiences. It is probably the first interartistic production of its kind.
