General Information

• In case of an emergency, the Organization of Thessaloniki Concert Hall maintains the right to alter the program.
• There are special facilities for disabled persons. All areas of the Concert Hall are accessible by those with impaired mobility.
• After the beginning of an event, entrance is allowed only during the intervals.
• Bars operate at the Central and Upper Foyer one hour before each event and during the intervals.
• Τhe underground parking of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, which is located in building M2, is open during the events and the cost is 4€ (per event).
• Eating and drinking is not allowed in the Main Hall.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Concert Hall.
• Ushers and security staff are here for your best security service, as well as to help the event to be perfectly conducted. The audience must comply with their recommendations.
• Tips are not allowed for ushers and cloakroom employees.
• Cell phones do not operate in the Main Hall during the events (there is a cell phone blocking system). For this reason, you are advised to keep your cell phones switched off.
• Use of recording devices or cameras is strictly forbidden during the performance.
• Entrance to children under age 6 is prohibited, except for the performances for children.
