Youngmi Yoo was born in Seoul, South Korea. She studied Seoul Arts High School and graduate Yonsei University, which she received bachelor’s degree of piano and master’s degree of pipe organ. After then she moved to Netherland and finished Netherland Utrecht Conservatorium Postgraduate course.
Violinist Yoo has given regular recitals in Korea and overseas. She performed at St. Nicolas kerk (Amsterdam), St. Bavo kerk(Haarlem), Youngsan Art Hall (Seoul) and received favorable reviews from audiences.
She was also Organist of Myeong-dong Cathedral and now teaching at Nazareth University in Korea.
