The famous Russian cellist with the distinguished career, who worked closely with the great Yehudi Menuhin, has appeared as soloist with major orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the St. Petersburg Philharmonic and the London Royal Philharmonic.
The two celebrated musicians, who have repeatedly collaborated in the past with great success, now meet again on stage at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall in a programme that includes Franz Schubert’s famous Arpeggione Sonata, Radamés Gnattali’s Sonata for cello and guitar and – for the first time in Greece – L' Istesso Tempo by Russian composer Nikita Koshkin.
