Katharina Naomi Paul

Violin
Katharina Naomi Paul, born in Giessen / Germany, studied the violin and chamber music with Kathrin Scholz, Christian Tetzlaff, Elisabeth Kufferath, Stephanie Gonley, the Belcea String Quartet and the Auryn String Quartet. She is a graduate of the Hochschule für Musik Detmold and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. In addition she also had masterclasses with Werner Scholz, Igor Ozim and Andras Schiff.
She is a member of the Geneva Camerata, Balthasar-Neumann- Ensemble and part of the project "Spira mirabilis". Katharina played 2009-2013 in the Orchestra Mozart under Claudio Abbado.
Beside this she is a guestplayer in the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, the Kammerakademie Potsdam and in the Ensemble Resonanz.
