ALEXEY MIRONOV: BON VOYAGE

Alexey Mironov, the great Russian Artist of Laughter, is one of the most famous mime/clowns in the world. He became widely known from his performances with the Cirque du Soleil and from his collaboration with the famous “Slava” Polunin.
Trained in the classical school of Russian clowns, he has developed his own unique style which combines traditional clowning technique with contemporary theatre and which has established him as one of the top-level representatives of the art of comedy in the world.
After graduating from the famous Moscow Circus School, where he studied clown and pantomime art, he joined the Mikos clown troupe, with which he toured the whole of Europe before deciding to follow a solo career.
He has taken part in many pantomime festivals, such as: the International Mime Art Festival in Warsaw, the Festival Internacional de Pallassos in Barcelona, the International Festival of Μonodrama and Mime in Belgrade, the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Paris, the Tigerpalast Varieté in Frankfurt, and in the famous French TV series Le Plus Grand Cabaret du Monde on TV5 Monde.
His soul-touching show, Bon Voyage, has been performed on many stages around the world, drawing laughter and tears, as Mironov, with his exceptional artistic skill and special brand of humour, cannot fail to move any audience. A performance with elements of improvisation, full of surprises and unexpected twists.
