The baritone was born in Thessaloniki. In 1998 he was admitted in the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki, from where he received his Diploma in Singing in 2007, in the class of Katerina Karatza. Also, in 2006 he graduated from the Opera Studio of the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki. After his graduation, he is studying with Prof. Cheryl Studer in Würzburg, Germany. He has had active participation in seminars with: Galina Pisarenco, Antonis Kontogeorgiou, Anna Portika-Pammer, Katerina Karatza, Kostas Paskalis, and Christa Ludwig.
