Virtuosi of traditional percussions Yinon Muallem, Loukas Metaxas and Dimitris Panagoulias play and improvise based on the musical traditions of the Eastern Mediterranean, emphasizing on their common roots and the dialects starting from the primeval rhythmic schemes and ending –through the contemporary techniques of percussions- in the contemporary sound. Socrates Sinopoulos who plays the Constantinople lyre and Kyriakos Tapakis who plays the oud are the fellow travelers at this musical trip.
