STARS OF MUSIC & CINEMA: CHRISTMAS CONCERT
IN COOPERATION WITH THE THESSALONIKI FRIENDS OF MUSIC ASSOCIATION
In the framework of the educational programme of the Thessaloniki Friends of Music Association, there will be a screening of pre-recorded concert with Christmas songs from all over the world, starring the Johann Strauss Orchestra conducted by Dutch lead violinist André Rieu. With the participation of many singers and the 35-member children’s choir of Nagasaki. The 90-minute programme will be presented by journalist Lefteris Kongalidis, and will include well known songs and hymns, such as: Adeste Fidele, Deck the Halls, Stille Nacht, White Christmas, Jingle Bells, Gesu Bambino, Ave Maria, Hallelujah.
