With the support of Antenna Group and the cooperation between Thessaloniki Concert Hall and Athens Concert Hall, broadcast live from the Metropolitan Opera in New York City

The breathtaking combination of Vittorio Grigolo and Diana Damrau, leading actors in Manon last year , meet once again at the Met in a new production of the opera Romeo and Juliet by Gounod, based on Shakespeare's play. Damrau makes her début in the role of Juliet in the new production directed by Bartlett Sher and conducted by Gianandrea Noseda. Elliot Madore plays Mercutio and Mikhail Petrenko Friar Lawrence. This performance directed by Sher is a production of La Scala, first performed at Salzburg Festival in 2008.
